Elaboration - this process involves requirements gathering, evaluation of risks, architecture specification, and finally, a solution plan. The solution plan is then validated against the standards of the Discovery process.
Production - this process involves the development, testing, and quality assurance of the specified solutions in accordance with the solution plan defined in the Elaboration phase. Additional documentation mapping the solution plan to the resulting solution is provided to our clients on an on-going basis.
Conversion - this process involves a review of the solution plan in tandem with the solution in order to ensure the integrity of the system delivered. System validation tests are performed with you, providing you the assurance that the solution plan has been implemented.
Delivery - this process involves delivery of the solution, thorough training, delivery of solution documentation and solution knowledge transfer.
